OPQ Beech 01
A series of common beech (aka European beech) trees based on an old style "dense full tree" texture.
Many people may think old style tree textures like the one we use here are outdated but although they may not be relevant as upfront feature plants anymore, they give a lot of coverage even with very simple mesh shapes, making them perfect as "fillers" and background trees. Just keep in mind that they don't work well with hard windlight.
Single trees
We mainly sell single Beech 01 trees in bundles but we also have a few for sale individually at our Second Life in-world store.Bundles
Selection
11 different trees:- Three low poly crossed panel trees - one of them with only 8 triangles
- One more elaborate tree with a few more panels added
- Seven even more elaborate trees with mesh trunks - one of them with three trunks
- Three alternative bark textures, smooth, intermediate and rough (intermediate is the default)
Complete
44 (or maybe 203) different trees- Everything in the "Selection" package
- One more simple tree
- 32 more trees with different mesh trunks
- 159 out-takes - experimental trees that may not have worked out but who knows - you decide.
OPQ Beech 01 a-c
The three most basic (and lowest lag) variants. Currently only available on the Second Life Marketplace.
