How about some good old fashioned
sculpt surrond cliffs? These cliffs are different from most in that
they have openings between them, giving a more open and less
claustrophobic feel than the regular solid wall ones. It also means
that they can be scaled down used as a set of rocky outcrops across
the ground – especially effective when combined with the OPQ Rocky
Field and/or OPQ Erratic Boulders.
We have included two copies in the box,
a one prim version with jsut the cliffs and a two prim version with a
walkable prim surface (the cliffs themselves are phantom) in the
center. The textures are standard tilelable ones from the library.
Hopefully you'll replace them with the textures of your choice but
you can use it as it is too.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SIZES AND MEGAPRIMS
The default sizes included are 64x64x10
and 32x32x5 m, fitting perfectly on a regular 4096 m2 and 1024 m2
parcel respectively. It can be resized either manually or with the
included resizer script but it can not be made bigger than 64 m in
any direction since 64 m is the official maximum size for all
sculpts, prims and meshes in SL.
It is possible to make larger sculpts
but – even ones bigger than a whole sim – but for that we need
some special prims called megaprims. These only exist in certain
sized and they can not be resized. We will supply megaprim sized
surround landscapes at no extra charge – just contact ChinRey
Resident inworld, quoting your order number – but there's no
guarantee that the size you want exists.
